Go behind the scenes with us on Ivan Varfolomeev’s first day as an Imp as he met staff and members of the local community at the LNER Stadium.
Ivan was joined by agents Pawel and Antoni as he visited the home stadium of the Imps for the first time.
After arriving and meeting club employees, he was introduced to Mariana Zhestikova and Maryna Balamut from Lincoln City Foundation's Conversation Club. They are both originally from Ukraine and were helped to integrate into the city's community through the Foundation.
Ivan was then given a special welcome by particpants of the Foundation's Holiday Club - who had prepared welcome banners and provided a guard of honour.
Four children at the Holiday Club from the city's Ukrainian community also conducted a question and answer session with Ivan.
Ivan was then shown around the football areas of the stadium and signed his contract before posing for the official photos for both the official announcement and matchday coverage.
