Ticketing improvements for 2025/26

The Imps have made changes to the club's ticketing and retail operations in response to supporter feedback.

An additional serving point is now available in the club shop to maximise service times at busy periods.

Supporters can now clearly view their Silver Membership allocation while logged into the club's ticketing system.

The club have considered how to make ticket news more visible on the club's website and app, including making it clearer when tickets can be collected from away clubs when it is too late for tickets to be posted out.

There will also be a link to opposition visitors guides included in ticketing news stories.

To help reduce queue times at our stadium catering units, we have introduced additional service points at key locations: the south west corner kiosk beneath the GBM Stand, the ProAmpac Centre Spot in the Fan Village, and the new facility in the south east corner, serving supporters in the Rilmac Stand.

New additions to LNER Stadium

City have made further investments over the summer to improve infrastructure and the environment for both home and away supporters.

Following a wide-ranging consultation on a range of options and with a number of stakeholders including Level Playing Field, Sports Grounds Safety Authority and the Safety Advisory Group, the club has installed a brand new shelter which will provide covered accommodation for disabled away supporters visiting the LNER Stadium, demonstrating our ongoing commitment to enhancing the matchday experience for all supporters.

With combined support from Towns Deal and Football Foundation grant funding, the club has completed a £300k project to relandscape the Stacey West car park, enhancing the urban environment and reinforcing the club’s commitment to improving safety, accessibility and sustainability.

This major project includes sustainability initiatives such as EV charging, cycle racks and green landscaping in line with the club's environmental strategy which has also seen City achieve bronze status in the EFL Green Club scheme. It also aligns seamlessly with the recently completed £3million Towns Deal investment in urban regeneration of the Sincil Bank quarter which has included highways resurfacing, traffic reduction measures and a new cycle lane, and means improved parking for disabled supporters and community service-users with accessibility needs.

Damian Froggatt, director of strategic projects, said: “Securing this additional funding was key to our ongoing plans to improve the landscaping of the LNER Stadium, and at the same time enhancing the access routes around the stadium for the local community.

“Connecting the stadium’s development with the wider regeneration of the Sincil Bank quarter is evidence of our flourishing public and private sector partnerships, and strengthens the club’s position as a key social and economic driver. It also demonstrates the continued commitment from our board and international investors to improve our infrastructure and environment for the benefit of everyone who accesses the club's facilities throughout the year."

The Lincoln City app

Digital offering improved for new season

City have made improvements to their digital approach for 2025/26 following feedback from supporters.

Updates to the official app and website mean there will now be real-time match updates on both, with integrated match statistics and live score updates from across the league.

Supporters will be able to take part in quizzes, votes and other interactive content.

Renowned broadcaster John Helm has joined City to provide commentary to our Imps+ subscribers. He will talk fans through every competitive game in the campaign.

John brings experience from a broadcasting career of more than 60 years, and has commentated on 10 World Cups in addition to Premier League and Champions League matches.

Fans of a certain vintage will remember him fondly as the voice of Goals On Sunday which featured highlights of City, and he was commentating on the tragic day in May on Saturday 11 1985 when Imps fans Bill Stacey and Jim West were among the 56 lost in the Valley Parade fire.

City will send more regular email newsletters to those who have opted in, with plans for additional regular updates on the club’s Foundation and Academy.

Feedback has also led to the introduction of more behind the scenes content, with filming of moments such as team meetings and the moment the first-team squad were told Tendayi Darikwa would take the captain’s armband this season.

Download the Lincoln City app today and experience the most immersive way to follow the Imps - whether you’re at the stadium, on the move or tuning in from afar.
