Michael Skubala makes two changes to the side that sealed the Sky Bet League One title with a 2-0 win over Doncaster Rovers last Tuesday.
Deji Elerewe comes into the side for his first City start, with Reeco Hackett also coming into the starting XI to face the Chairboys.
Skubala: "Tom Hamer has been a hero for us all season, he misses out today and we'll have to assess whether he can play again this season.
"Deji comes in, which is a really good opportunity for him and us to see him start. We're looking forward to seeing him out there with Sonny.
"We still have things that we want to achieve to finish the season off. Whatever happens, it is such a big achievement for us and we need to savour the day, but we want to put in a good performance for our fans and get the three points."
