Michael Skubala makes three changes to the side that defeated AFC Wimbledon on Good Friday.
Friday's matchwinner Ryan Oné is rewarded with a start against the Royals, he comes into the side for Rob Street.
There are also places in the starting line-up for Ivan Varfolomeev and Dom Jefferies, they replace Tom Bayliss and Jack Moylan.
Skubala said: “It is an important day for everyone connected with the club, but we still have a job to do.
“It is in our hands but we still need to get the points on the board. We know it will be a tough game, they are in very good form at home.
“We’ve kept our methodologies and way we want to work all season. We’ve freshened up again here because we know that going from Monday to Friday is a difficult task.
“We’ve got a really strong bench to make an impact if we need them too, but there is no doubt that this is a tough place for us to come, they have a lot to play for as well.
“Everyone is playing for something at this stage of the season, so it promises to be another exciting game.
“We’re going to be us and stick to our principles, it is really important that we take the game to them.”
