Michael Skubala makes one change to the side that sealed promotion to the Sky Bet Championship with a 2-1 victory over Reading on Easter Monday.
Jack Moylan – who scored the dramatic late winner at the Select Car Leasing Stadium – comes back into the side, replacing Dom Jefferies.
Skubala said: “Everyone knows it has been a great week, but now we are fully focused on what is going to be a tough game.
“We know that Leyton Orient are a strong team and they beat us earlier in the season, so we’re focused on getting the job done."
