Michael Skubala opted to start with a youthful attack against Bromley with both Freddie Draper and Jovon Makama going into the starting XI.
George Wickens started in net, with Adam Jackson and new signing Sonny Bradley at centre-back ahead of him. Skipper Tendayi Darikwa and Trialist A formed the rest of the defence.
Ethan Hamilton partnered fellow countryman Conor McGrandles in midfield, with Jack Moylan at attacking midfield. Reeco Hackett started out wide along with Makama who returned from a small knock that kept him out of a behind-closed-doors friendly against Huddersfield Town. Draper started up front, fresh off his first goal of pre-season last time out.
