City will be looking to extend their unbeaten run in Sky Bet League One games to 19 games when they travel to St James Park to take on Exeter City on Tuesday 10 March (7.45pm KO).

Read the thoughts of Michael Skubala and Adam Reach along with all the key match information ahead of the Imps’ clash with the Grecians.

Michael Skubala:

“As much as Cardiff was a ‘big’ game and a great moment for the players and our supporters, the reality is that this next game is also a huge game for us.

“It’s really important that we understand that over the course of 46 games, getting enough points for what we want to do is the most important thing.

“Exeter is always going to be a tough game, it’s always a difficult place to go but we want to go there and get the three points.”

Adam Reach:

“We want to go to Exeter, which is going to be a really difficult game, and bring three points back.

“It’s important as a group that we keep our feet on the ground and understand that every game is worth the same amount of points, so every game has the same importance.”

Opposition information:

Exeter City sit 15th in Sky Bet League One with a points tally of 42 so far this season, six points above drop zone.

There’s a familiar face for Grecian fans in the dugout too, with former manager Matt Taylor back in the hotseat for a second spell, this time as interim boss. Taylor picked up a point in his first game in charge, a midweek 1-1 draw at home to Burton Albion, before being edged out 2-1 at Barnsley on Saturday.

The Grecians are the only team to defeat City at the LNER Stadium in the league so far this season. A 94th minute strike from Kevin McDonald was enough to hand Exeter a 1-0 win when the sides met back in October.

Coach travel notice:

Please note: City's official coaches travelling to away games will depart from the bus stop on Tentercroft Street for the foreseeable future. This change is required due to changes in road layout around the Sincil Bank area, although the club are committed to working with Lincolnshire County Council to allow a return to the LNER Stadium. Imps fans who are making the trip on official coaches will still be able to park at the LNER Stadium, but we urge you to allow time to get to Tentercroft Street for the departure.
