Vacancy | Volunteer matchday supporter liaison officers

Are you passionate about the Imps and love helping fellow supporters? 

We’re looking for friendly and enthusiastic volunteers to join our matchday team as supporter liaison officers at the LNER Stadium. 

This is your chance to be part of the matchday buzz, meet new people, and help make sure every fan enjoys their day supporting City. 

What will you do?  

  • Give supporters a warm welcome to the LNER Stadium. 

  • Be on hand to answer questions about tickets, facilities, accessibility, and more. 

  • Chat with fans before, during, and after the match to make sure they feel at home. 

  • Support the club’s commitment to making matchdays inclusive, safe, and enjoyable for all. 

What are we looking for? 

  • Friendly and approachable people who love being part of the Imps family. 

  • Good communicators with a positive, helpful attitude. 

  • Volunteers who can give a few hours on home matchdays. 

This is a voluntary role, but it’s a brilliant opportunity to be part of something special and make a real difference to your fellow fans.
