Lincoln City are inviting applications for a sales executive to join the commercial team.  

This role is focused on driving revenue through the sale of commercial inventory to both new and existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills and a passion for building lasting business relationships. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing clients to drive commercial sales. 

  • Conduct telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and follow up on sales opportunities. 

  • Use our in-house CRM system to manage customer data, track sales activity, and report on performance. 

  • Present and promote the features and benefits of our partnerships, sponsorships, and premium ticket packages. 

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns. 

  • Represent the club at events and networking opportunities to promote our commercial offerings. 

  • Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets while contributing to team success. 

Requirements 

  • Proven experience in a sales role with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. 

  • Proficiency in CRM software is essential. 

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. 

  • Experience in telemarketing or direct sales is advantageous. 

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. 

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. 

  • A proactive, customer-focused approach to problem-solving.
