City are able to provide an interim update of the 2025/26 pre-season schedule - which includes a week-long warm weather training camp in Portugal.
City will play a number of behind-closed-doors games against Sky Bet Championship clubs prior to heading to the continent for a week.
An Imps XI will head to Lincoln United on Friday 4 July (7.45pm) and Gainsborough Trinity on Wednesday 23 July (7.30pm).
The warm weather training camp will be in the Algarve during the week commencing July 14. Plans are currently being finalised for a friendly fixture in Portugal - which we aim to be open to spectators – following the cancellation of a previous arrangement with a Liga Portugal 2 side due to their change of head coach.
Fans will then be able to see City’s first-team in action back on UK soil in Lincolnshire when they take on Grimsby Town at Blundell Park on Tuesday 22 July (7pm).
Supporters will also get to meet the squad at an open training session held at the LNER Stadium on the morning of Thursday 24 July.
This will be followed by the visit of Sky Bet Championship side West Bromwich Albion, under their new head coach Ryan Mason, to the LNER Stadium on Saturday 26 July - one week before the start of the new EFL campaign.
