Ben House makes his 100th EFL start for the Imps as head coach Michael Skubala makes three changes from the midweek victory over Northampton Town.
House becomes the 139th City player to reach the 100-start mark in the EFL for the club.
Ukrainian midfielder Ivan Varfolomeev - who scored his first City goal against the Cobblers - comes back into the side replacing Tom Bayliss.
Reeco Hackett and Rob Street - who also netted in Tuesday's win - return, with Freddie Draper and Ryan Oné making way.
Skubala said "Freddie came off on Tuesday and has had a scan, but we need a bit more information before we know the full extent of the injury.
"We brought Alfie Lloyd and Ryan Oné in to give us depth so we can cope with injuries, though we hope it’s shorter rather than longer.
"Reeco comes in fresh as we didn’t need him on Tuesday, he has been in excellent form but we were able to give him a bit of a rest.”
