Michael Skubala made two changes to his final starting XI of the 2024/25 campaign.
Tom Hamer came back into defence to partner Paudie O'Connor, while Joe Gardner replaced Erik Ring who was not risked due to a hamstring problem.
Skubala said: "Jacko (Adam Jackson) has done brilliantly for us recently but I've rotated to have a look at Tom and Paudie together again.
"Erik came off at Stockport County last weekend and, although he trained during the week, he felt it again on Friday. We don't want to take any chances given it's the last game of the season.
"We want to put on another good performance at home against a team who are obviously strong having achieved promotion."
