City will be looking to stretch their unbeaten run away from home to seven games when they head to the capital to take on Leyton Orient on Saturday 25 October (3pm KO).

The Imps visit the BetWright Stadium off the back of a 1-0 win over Stevenage, who had gone into the game top of the Sky Bet League One standings.

Michael Skubala:

"The confidence in the team is certainly building and I think that comes from performances as well as results.

“When you have a good performance but a punch on the nose, like we did against Exeter City, you can learn a lot about the character of the group in how you respond, so it was pleasing to bounce back with another good performance and result against Stevenage.

“We know we have to really be on it to get a result from this game. Orient have taken points at home against Stockport and Bolton, so they are a strong team.

“They probably haven’t quite found their flow yet, but we know they are a dangerous side. Having said that, we believe we can go there and give another strong performance and get a good result.”

Adam Reach:

"Fixtures come thick and fast in League One and we've got a really crucial run of away games coming up. If you want to achieve anything, we know we have to go and pick points up on the road.

"It has been nice to have a bit of a reset and a refresh this week ahead of what we know will be a really testing period. It is a classic cliche, but you have to concentrate on each game as it comes.

"You've got to stay in the moment, work game by game and see where it takes you. With the experience we have in the group, we're taking this one game at a time and the most important one to us is Leyton Orient on Saturday."
