City will be looking to make it seven games unbeaten at the LNER Stadium when they host Wrexham on Saturday 3 May for the final game of the 2024/25 campaign.

Read what head coach Michael Skubala and attacker Reeco Hackett had to say ahead of the game, as well as familiarising yourself with key match information in this preview.

Michael Skubala:

"The football season goes by so quickly, the first game at Burton only feels like yesterday and I'm sure we'll be back on the 'start line' for next season before we know it.

"We've been quite pleased with the last 10 games, I think we've done fairly well in them. Going into next season, we're not going to be completely 'wedded' to one formation, we want to be adaptable depending on the game scenario.

"Our principles are the most important thing for us and we want to be able to maintain our aggression and our solidity while adding more goals and threat. We want to keep improving and building.

"We know this is a tough league, but it is an exciting one too. On Saturday, we want to get the stadium bouncing and end this season on a high."

Reeco Hackett:

"As a team I think we've taken a lot from this season, over the last couple of months especially we've been really strong and that puts us in a fantastic position for the next one.

"We've had some really tough games to end the season with, but I think in them we've shown what we're about and finished positively.

"Anyone can beat anyone in this league, that gives us a lot of belief going into Saturday's game.

"The LNER Stadium has been bouncing in the last few weeks, so I'm really looking forward to the game."
