Yunus Konak has been called up by Turkiye's U21 side for their upcoming international fixtures.
The midfielder has been named in Turkiye's squad for their upcoming UEFA European Under-21 Championship qualifiers, with the Young Crescent set to face Ukraine U21 and Hungary U21 across the September international window.
Konak has made a positive start to life at the ProAmpac Stadium since joining City on loan from Brentford, featuring in two Carabao Cup fixtures and also in the Sky Bet Championship game against Southampton.
The 20-year-old has impressed with his performances in midfield, continuing his development at senior level following his loan move to the Imps.
Turkiye U21s will begin their latest run of fixtures against Ukraine U21 on Saturday 26 September, before hosting Hungary U21 on Tuesday 6 October.
Konak will now link up with the Turkiye U21 squad ahead of the upcoming fixtures, as they look to continue their Group H European Championship qualifying campaign.
