If you are yet to access or are experiencing issues with your Ticketmaster Sport e-ticketing account, we have put together the following guide to help you.
Where can I find my Ticketmaster Sport e-ticketing account?
Imps supporters can access their Ticketmaster Sport e-ticketing account at eticketing.co.uk/imps or via the website weareimps.com/tickets, under the 'Tickets' tab.
Please note that Ticketmaster Sport is not compatible with the Ticketmaster mobile app.
Have you used the same email address and password for more than one account?
Although the same email address can be used for all accounts each require a different password. Using a desktop or laptop, sign in to your e-ticketing account and update the password please amend the password for the account that you can see allowing a hidden account to be visible from the original log in details.
This process will need to be repeated until all accounts are visible and have different passwords.
However, if you forget your password for one account it may cause future problems and for this reason, we suggest that you use an alternative email address for each account.
Your account will allow you to add and manage the other accounts using ‘My Network’ which is recommended for Junior accounts.
What if I can’t remember my log in details?
If you can't remember your log in details, please use the link Forgot Password - eTickets (eticketing.co.uk). This can also be found on the e-ticketing page, where supporters should select 'sign in' at the top right of the screen and then 'Forgot your login details’ from the drop down box.
Season Ticket Credit
There are a number of options whereby you can spend your season ticket credit. These options include our Ultimate Imps Raffle, exclusive events/merchandise, and the option for you to put credit towards a season ticket for next year’s campaign. Please put your own finances first before selecting an option.
