Maddi Green has been impressed with the way City have stuck together throughout the season, and is looking forward to their last match against Loughborough Lightning.
The winger has been in superb form as of late, scoring one at the LNER Stadium against Peterborough before setting Neve Hincks up at Meadow Lane.
She said: “It’s been a season of ups and downs, but we’ve all come together as one when we’ve had the ups and downs.
“It’s a good game for the final fixture of the season, it’ll be a tough test for us, but we’re all up for it and excited - so bring it on.”
Green was also thrilled to see Jemima Footitt win Lincoln City’s April Goal of the Month competition, with it marking the second time this season that a City Women’s player has won the accolade.
She added: “It’s nice to see the girls get recognition, and I couldn’t be prouder of them.
“Jimmy deserved it and I’m proud of her.”
