Brogan Pugh is excited to play at the LNER Stadium for the second time this season as the Imps host Peterborough United.
The full-back made her debut for the Imps against Notts County at the same venue in August, and is looking forward to another big occasion for her side.
Pugh said: “I’m really looking forward to the game, and the girls are as well.
“After the performances we’ve been putting in recently, everyone’s excited to get out at the stadium and show the fans what we can do.”
Pugh believes that City supporters will be vital in getting a result against a Peterborough side who have been fighting at the top of the table all season long.
She added: “Peterborough always bring their A game, they’re a tough team to crack.
“We came close against them last time, and us playing here will definitely be on our side, and the support of the fans will be key to the result as well.”
