Lucy Farrow believes that City will turn a corner in the coming weeks despite defeat against Solihull Moors.
The pacy winger got on the score-sheet to make the final few minutes tense for the away side.
Farrow said: “I do think there’s good things coming, we just need to change that run of luck and get some points on the board.
“I think we created a couple of good chances early on, and it’s a shame we didn’t put them away, it’s something we need to be doing from now on.”
Farrow was impressed with the character the Imps showed to going 3-0 down, with her side almost over-turning the deficit to claim a point.
She added: “It’s been frustrating today.
“Obviously we went 3-0 down, but to come back, we showed character and it’s just a shame there wasn’t an extra bit of time at the end for us to get that equaliser, because I think it would’ve come.”
