Jemima Footitt believes she is fitting in well after joining City in the summer from Nottingham Forest.
The exciting young forward has made four appearances for the Imps this season and is hoping she can continue to contribute this campaign.
Footitt said: “I’m really enjoying it so far. I think I’m fitting in well.
“I came to a training session and after the first session I thought the standard was good, the girls were really nice and I thought the coaches were really good, so that’s what ultimately made my decision as easy as it was.”
City welcome Leafield Athletic to Moorlands on Sunday 5 November, and Footitt is hoping her side can make it back-to-back wins after their 4-3 triumph in the FA Cup.
She added: “I think we’re all looking forward to the match against Leafield.
“We are looking to build on our last victory against Lichfield, and hopefully we can continue the momentum and get another win.”
