Chyna McIntosh and Toni McHamilton were honoured at Lincoln City's End of Season Awards evening on Sunday.
McIntosh was selected as Player Of The Year and voted Players' Player Of The Year for consistent performances across her 22 appearances.
She said: "I definitely wasn't expecting this. It has been a season where we've all had to pull together so it means a lot to receive these two awards.
"It really means a lot to have the support of the other players through the tough times on the pitch - it's really special to win that.
"To have that strong finish to the season really gives us a positive outlook going into next year. We've got some good young players coming through, we have seen that in matches as well as when the U23s have trained with us, and the future definitely looks bright for women's football in Lincoln."
McHamilton hit four goals against Long Eaton United in the final game of the season to ensure she finished the campaign as top scorer with 14.
She said: "It wasn't the season we'd hoped for on the pitch but I'm thrilled to come out with the golden boot - but I couldn't have done it without the rest of the girls."
