Direct debit - 2026/27 Gold Memberships

Supporters renewing or purchasing a 2026/27 Gold Membership during the early bird window can choose to spread the cost across four months via direct debit.

Key dates

If you select the spread payment option, your instalments will be collected on:

  • 1 May
  • 1 June
  • 1 July
  • 3 August (moved from 1 August as it falls on a weekend)

All dates are fixed and have been scheduled in advance.

How it works

  • A £30 admin fee per Gold Membership applies when choosing direct debit.
  • Your total Gold Membership price and admin fee is divided into four equal monthly instalments.
  • Payments are collected automatically from your nominated bank account.
  • Please ensure funds are available on each collection date.

How to set up

The direct debit option is selected during your online purchase via your We Are Imps account.

Supporters must:

  1. Log in (or create an account if new).
  2. Ensure their existing ticketing account is correctly linked.
  3. Ensure the relevant price class with DD included is selected (e.g. Gold Adult DD)
  4. Select the spread payment (direct debit) option at checkout.

Should an attempt to take payment be rejected we will contact you within seven days to make the payment. If you do not make payment of the amount missed within seven days of the due date, your gold membership is at risk of being cancelled and your seat being available for general sale. The club reserve the right to cancel gold memberships.

Direct debit payment terms - 2026/27 Gold Membership

  1. Payment structure
    The direct debit option allows supporters to pay for their Gold Membership in four equal monthly instalments. An administration fee of £30 per Gold Membership applies and will be included in the total amount payable.
  2. Collection dates
    Instalments will be collected on the published dates (May, June, July and August 2026). Collection dates are fixed and cannot be amended.
  3. Authority to collect
    By selecting the direct debit option, the purchaser authorises the club (via its appointed ticketing/payment provider) to collect the agreed instalments from the nominated bank account.
  4. Failed or missed payments
    If a direct debit instalment fails or is cancelled, the club reserves the right to:
    • Re-attempt collection;
    • Request immediate payment by alternative method; and/or
    • Suspend the Gold Membership until payment is received.
  5. Non-payment
    If payment is not received within a reasonable timeframe following notification, the club reserves the right to:
    • Cancel the Gold Membership;
    • Release the seat for resale; and
    • Retain any administration fees already paid.
  6. Cancellation by supporter
    Supporters must not cancel their direct debit instruction without first contacting the club. Cancelling the instruction without settling the outstanding balance may result in cancellation of the Gold Membership.
  7. Refunds and withdrawals
    Gold Memberships purchased via direct debit are subject to the club’s standard refund and cancellation policy. Failure to complete all instalments does not constitute cancellation of the agreement.
  8. Seat Rights
    A seat is only guaranteed while instalments are paid in accordance with the agreed schedule.
