Young striker Dan Vanderpuye entered the second year of his scholarship with the Imps in the 2025/26 campaign.

Vanderpuye led the line for Sam Tillen's young Imps throughout the 2024/25 campaign scoring nine times in 26 appearances, including a strike against Wrexham AFC in the FA Youth Cup third round at the LNER Stadium.

Vanderpuye commenced the season well with a goal against Port Vale on the opening day of the 2025/26 season, since then he has been on numerous work experience loans with Gainsborough Trinity, Lincoln United and most recently at Loughborough Students.
