George Wickens joined the Imps from Premier League side Fulham in the summer of 2024 on a four-year deal.  

Capped at England U18s level, Wickens gained valuable loan experience during his time at Craven Cottage with the likes of Wealdstone in the National League and north of the border with Ross County.  

In his debut season at the LNER Stadium, the young stopper made 39 appearances in all competitions, keeping 11 clean sheets.
