Lincoln City Email Marketing Promotion – Terms and Conditions

Promoter
The promotion is organised by Lincoln City Football Club, ProAmpac Stadium, Lincoln, Lincolnshire, LN5 8LD, United Kingdom.
Eligibility
The promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of Lincoln City, its partners, agents and anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
How to enter
To enter, participants must complete the online sign-up form and provide their email address and consent to receive email marketing promotions from Lincoln City. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
Closing date
Entries must be received by 31 October at 11:59pm. Entries received after this time will not be eligible.
The prize
One winner will receive an exclusive framed Lincoln City Football Club signed shirt. The prize will be arranged with the winner by Lincoln City Football Club. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
Winner selection
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the closing date. The winner will be contacted using the email address provided when entering the promotion.
Claiming the prize
The winner must respond within seven days of being contacted. If the winner does not respond within this period, Lincoln City reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
Email marketing
By entering the promotion, participants who provide valid marketing consent agree to receive email marketing communications from Lincoln City, including club news, updates, offers, promotions, competitions and other relevant content. Participants can withdraw their marketing consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link provided in our emails. Marketing consent should be provided through a clear, separate opt-in and should not be a condition hidden within these terms and conditions.

Publicity
The winner may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the promotion. Any publicity will be subject to the winner’s consent where required.
General
Lincoln City reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary. Lincoln City’s decision regarding the promotion and selection of the winner is final. By entering the promotion, participants confirm that they have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
