City's pop-up shop in the Waterside Shopping Centre remains the place to buy Imps shirts, with the club shop and ticket office at the ProAmpac Stadium still unaccessible due to building work.
With two away fixtures to start the season, City have been able to reprofile the timing of the Imps Territory work and work which was planned for the international break is now able to take place this summer.
Online orders are affected and can be purchased as normal - click here to check out our new online store.
Fans can also order online through our new-look club shop before collecting their purchases from the Waterside location from 12noon the next working day.
The service is available across a wide range of products, including the new 2026/27 home shirt, as well as an expanded retail range featuring bags, bucket hats, travel mugs and more.
Simply place your order before midnight and, once it has been prepared, you will receive an email confirming it is ready to collect.
We will update once the area behind the Greenlinc Renewables Stand can be reopened to the public - please do not try to access the club shop or ticket office at the ProAmpac Stadium in person until then. Our only club shop will be in the Waterside Shopping Centre.
The ticket office team will still be able to support fans with any queries, and will be contactable via tickets@theredimps.com or 01522 880011 from 10am until 5pm Monday to Friday. The online ticketing system will remain operational throughout at theredimps.net/tickets.
