City are looking to hire an administration executive, with the option of hybrid and flexible working by agreement.

We’re looking for a proactive, highly organised administration executive to provide high-quality support across the club. This is a varied role covering day-to-day administration, governance processes and cross-department activity within a professional sporting environment.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Providing admin support across multiple departments
  • Managing correspondence, records and documentation
  • Co-ordinating meetings, diaries, travel and onboarding
  • Preparing reports, presentations and spreadsheets
  • Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

About you:

  • Proven admin experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Highly organised, detail-focused and proactive
  • Confident managing multiple priorities
