We’re looking for a proactive, highly organised administration executive to provide high-quality support across the club. This is a varied role covering day-to-day administration, governance processes and cross-department activity within a professional sporting environment.

You’ll be responsible for:
- Providing admin support across multiple departments
- Managing correspondence, records and documentation
- Co-ordinating meetings, diaries, travel and onboarding
- Preparing reports, presentations and spreadsheets
- Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
About you:
- Proven admin experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Highly organised, detail-focused and proactive
- Confident managing multiple priorities
