Ticketing update ahead of 2026/27 campaign

City can provide the following ticketing update for supporters ahead of the upcoming 2026/27 season.

Gold Membership renewal window two

Window Two for Gold Membership renewals, which ran from Monday 28 April to Sunday 1 June, has closed. The ticket office has contacted all supporters who did not renew during this period.
 

Seat swap requests

The seat swap process has now been completed. Supporters who would still like to request a seat move should email tickets@theredimps.com. The ticket office team will review availability and advise where possible.
 

Gold Membership waiting list

The ticket office will begin contacting supporters on the Gold Membership waiting list from early July to offer any available seats in the Rilmac Stand, Greenlinc Renewables Stand and GBM Stand.

This process will be completed online only via email invitation.

Invitations will be sent in batches, beginning with the first 150 supporters on the waiting list. A further 150 supporters will then receive an invitation 48 hours later, with this process continuing until all 800 supporters on the waiting list have been contacted.

We will contact supporters in the following order:

1-150 from 10am 6 July
151-300 from 10am 8 July
301-450 from 10am 10 July
451-600 from 10am 13 July
601-750 from 10am 15 July
750+ from 10am 17 July

Supporters who receive an invitation will be able to:

• Sign in to their ticketing account
• View available seats
• Select their preferred seat
• Complete their purchase online

Window Two waiting list prices can be viewed in the below pricing table. When completing a purchase online, the displayed price will automatically be reduced by the £30 waiting list fee already paid.

Please note that only supporters who are currently on the waiting list and have received an email invitation will be able to purchase a Gold Membership or have one assigned to their account.

Supporters requiring assistance should email tickets@theredimps.com, including a contact telephone number and a convenient time for a callback. The ticket office team will do their best to respond and provide support, although callback times will depend on demand.

Supporters who have joined the waiting list but no longer wish to purchase a Gold Membership and would instead like a Silver or Bronze Membership should contact the ticket office. The club will be in touch when these membership packages become available.

Silver Membership renewals

Supporters who held a Silver Membership during the 2025/26 season will be given the opportunity to renew before memberships go on general sale.

If you held a Silver Membership during the 2025/26 campaign and would like to renew or purchase a new Silver Membership, please email the ticket office on tickets@theredimps.com and the team will contact you once memberships are available.
