The Imps have made changes to the club's ticketing and retail operations in response to supporter feedback.
An additional serving point is now available in the club shop to maximise service times at busy periods.
Supporters can now clearly view their Silver Membership allocation while logged into the club's ticketing system.
The club have considered how to make ticket news more visible on the club's website and app, including making it clearer when tickets can be collected from away clubs when it is too late for tickets to be posted out.
There will also be a link to opposition visitors guides included in ticketing news stories.
To help reduce queue times at our stadium catering units, we have introduced additional service points at key locations: the south west corner kiosk beneath the GBM Stand, the ProAmpac Centre Spot in the Fan Village, and the new facility in the south east corner, serving supporters in the Rilmac Stand.
