Everyone at Lincoln City would like to thank supporters who have taken the time to share their feedback following Saturday’s first home fixture of the season.
A huge amount of work has taken place across the ProAmpac Stadium this summer as part of the Imps Territory project, delivering significant improvements across a number of areas of the stadium.
In normal circumstances, a programme of this scale would typically be delivered over 40+ weeks but, due to the nature of football and the relatively short close season available to us, the entire programme was delivered in just 17 weeks: a significant undertaking for everyone involved.
Everyone is incredibly proud of what has been achieved in such a short period and would once again like to recognise the enormous efforts of our staff, contractors, partners, and everyone who has contributed to delivering the project.
We also recognise that completing the main construction programme is not the end of the process. Following our first home fixture, we now have a considerable list of snagging items, operational improvements, and supporter feedback to work through. This is entirely expected following a project of this scale and pace, and work is already underway across the stadium.
We are extremely grateful to every supporter who has taken the time to contact the club. We are logging, categorising, and adding all feedback to our wider snagging and improvement programme, allowing the relevant teams to review and address each point where appropriate.
The volume of correspondence received means we unfortunately cannot provide a detailed individual response to every email or social media post. We apologise for this, but want to reassure supporters that this does not mean their feedback is not being read, recorded or acted upon.
Thank you once again for your feedback, patience and continued support.
If you have feedback to share with the club you can do so here.
