Chris Cohen and Tom Shaw have made four changes to the City side for this afternoon’s Sky Bet Championship clash against Southampton at the ProAmpac Stadium.
Andrei Coubiș makes his first league start in an Imps shirt, with Sonny Bradley returning from injury to captain the side.
Ivan Varfolomeev also returns to the starting XI to partner Conor McGrandles in midfield, while Ben House comes back into the side after missing Tuesday night’s draw with Blackburn Rovers.
There is also a place on the bench for deadline-day signing Chieo Ogbene, who joined the Imps from Ipswich Town earlier this week.
City will be looking to build on a run of four points from their opening league fixtures.
