Michael Skubala makes three changes to the side that drew 1-1 with Bolton Wanderers last Saturday.
Ryan Oné makes his first start for the Imps after completing his loan move from Sheffield United in January.
There are also places in the side for Tom Bayliss and Ben House, who have both recently returned from injury layoffs.
Skubala said: "We've made the changes to freshen it up both mentally and physically, I feel like this is the right time to bring in some fresh legs.
"Ryan has been doing very well in training, he came in against Plymouth recently and got his goal and now it is time for him to show what he can do from the off.
"When you can make changes and bring the likes of Ben House and Tom Bayliss in the squad, you know you're in a good place."
