Adam Reach's stunning volley against Barnsley at Oakwell on Monday 29 December has been nominated for the Sky Bet League One Goal of the Month for December.
The summer signing has been renowned for excellent goals throughout his career and added another one to his collection to seal a 2-0 victory for the Imps in South Yorkshire.
The nominees are as follows:
Leo Castledine – Cardiff City v HUDDERSFIELD TOWN – 6 December
Marcus Harness struck his corner at pace towards Castledine in a well-rehearsed set-piece routine. The ball still needed timing, though, and Castledine made a sweeping shot look easy.
Nigel Lonwijk – Reading v LUTON TOWN – 18 December
As Lonwijk proved with this majestically timed shot, there is something special about a daisy-cutter that finds its way past a sea of legs and into the bottom corner from outside the area.
Perry Ng – Lincoln City v CARDIFF CITY – 20 December
Winning possession by the right touchline, Ng cut inside at pace and with a sense of purpose, playing one-twos with Omari Kellyman and Yousef Salech before scoring with a delicate chip.
Adam Reach – Barnsley v LINCOLN CITY – 29 December
Once a regular on this list with his outrageous volleys, Reach proved that talent and timing doesn’t leave you as he speared a right-foot strike of a dipping ball into the Barnsley net.
Fans are invited to vote for their favourite goal on EFL.com before 5pm on Monday 19 January.
The supporters' votes will be combined with the choices from a panel to determine the winners.
The judging panel comprises Sky Sports’ EFL experts Don Goodman & David Prutton.
