Lincoln City would like to apologise for the problems experienced during the streaming of today's friendly against Arsenal U21.
24/7, the streaming partner, had been contracted to provide this season’s pre-season games only. Streaming of our competitive games for Imps+ will be provided by EFL partners, using specialist infrastructure which has been installed throughout the summer. This applies to domestic streaming through Sky Sports and international streaming through Imps+.
We were in touch with 24/7 throughout the first-half after identifying issues, initially with the audio then with the stability of the feed. This was improved in the second half, but we recognise this wasn't to the standards we aim to achieve.
The club will absorb the costs of a full refund for anyone who would like one. This can be requested by emailing lincolnsupport@streamamg.com who will process the payments.
