As part of the Imps’ mission to provide all boys and girls with equal opportunities right across Lincolnshire, the Elite Development Pathway will see 11 talent hubs based across the county and places are now available!
What Is a talent hub?
- The talent hubs are a term-time evening programmes that take place in sports halls, providing a positive and safe environment for year-round practice.
- Talent hub sessions last one hour and focus on supporting the technical, athletic and holistic development of each individual within the session.
- Sessions are delivered by our Academy trained staff who follow age-appropriate coaching methodologies to provide the best experience for each individual.
- Talent hubs are open to both boys and girls between the ages of six and eight years old (2025/26 U7 and U8).
- Talent hubs are invite-only programmes that aim to support footballing development and provide pathways for the most gifted and talented.
