Erik Ring has completed a permanent move to Scottish Premiership side Kilmarnock for an undisclosed fee.

Ring joined the Imps in August 2024 from Swedish side AIK Stockholm having come through their Academy and went on to make 49 appearances for City in all competitions.

Sporting director Jez George said: “Erik needs a fresh start to have the opportunity of regular game time that we cannot offer him.

"We can look back on a variety of reasons why this hasn't happened over the past two years for Erik at Lincoln City, but it is far better to look forward and wish Erik every success in his future career. This feels like best for all parties and Erik leaves with everyone’s respect and our sincere best wishes.”
