Ahead of the Annual Gala Dinner on Thursday 12 February, Lincoln City Foundation has launched an online auction for an authentic Red Arrows flying suit, offering supporters and aviation enthusiasts a rare opportunity to own a truly iconic item, while helping to create lasting social impact across Lincolnshire.

The auction is now live on GalaBid and will close at 5pm on Thursday 19 February. All bids placed will directly support the Foundation’s charitable programmes, which use the power of sport to improve lives, strengthen communities and create opportunities for people of all ages.

As the official charity of Lincoln City, Lincoln City Foundation delivers a wide range of initiatives focused on education, employability, health and wellbeing, inclusion and community engagement. Funds raised through the auction will help ensure this vital work can continue to reach those who need it most.

The flying suit has been generously donated by the Red Arrows in support of the Foundation and is offered as a one-of-a-kind prize. Bidders can choose to collect the item or arrange delivery following the close of the auction.

Speaking about the auction, Alex Bavin, director of growth from the Foundation said: “This is a fantastic opportunity to bid on something truly special while making a real difference in our communities. Every bid helps us extend our reach and continue delivering programmes that positively impact lives across Lincolnshire.”

Supporters are encouraged to place their bids early, with interest expected to be high.
