Pay on the day will not be available for City’s trip to Cardiff City on Saturday 7 March (12.30pm KO).
With sales being so close to the full allocation, Cardiff have informed they will not be able to offer sales on the day.
Supporters are advised not to travel to the game without a match ticket.
Tickets for the trip to South Wales go off sale at 4pm on Thursday and supporters who have bought need to collect by 5pm on Thursday too. The Imps will be backed by more than 3,000 fans at the Cardiff City Stadium.
