No pay on the day for Derby County fixture

City supporters are encouraged to secure their tickets in advance for Saturday’s Carabao Cup first round tie against Derby County, with no sales available on the day of the game.

Please note that this fixture is all-ticket, meaning supporters will not be able to purchase tickets at Pride Park Stadium on matchday.

Supporters who have selected collection can pick up their tickets from the Waterside Shopping Centre pop-up shop. These tickets will be available from 12noon the day after purchase, Monday to Friday. 

The last collection date will be Friday 7 August, any ticket purchased after 8am Friday 7 August will need to be collected from Pride Park on the day of the fixture.

A reminder that due to ongoing building work at the ProAmpac Stadium, the club shop and ticket office is currently closed.

Infants must be purchased as part of a pair with a parent/guardian aged 18 or above. Any child aged 15 & under must be accompanied by someone aged 18 or above and children aged under two years will not be permitted entry to the stadium.

Disabled supporters:  

All disabled supporters must pay their relevant age band and will receive a personal assistant ticket free of charge (subject to qualification – see Away Disabled Supporters Ticketing Policy here).

Disabled parking:

The club has a dedicated car parking area for away disabled supporters (blue badge holders) and these passes are included with the allocation. Please complete the attached form and email it to accessibility@dcfc.co.uk, no later than 24 hours before the fixture.

Coach travel: 

Red Imps Travel Association coaches depart at 11.45am for this fixture, with tickets costing £17 per person - supporters will be able to purchase their travel here once match tickets go on sale. Supporters who require a wheelchair who wish to travel via coach should contact the ticket office on 01522 880011 

Please note: City's official coaches travelling to away games depart from the bus stop on Tentercroft Street. This change is required due to changes in road layout around the Sincil Bank area, although the club are committed to working with Lincolnshire County Council to allow a return to the LNER Stadium. Imps fans who are making the trip on official coaches can still park at the LNER Stadium, but we urge you to allow time to get to Tentercroft Street for the departure.

Main shop remains closed as building work continues: 

Due to ongoing building work at the ProAmpac Stadium, the club shop and ticket office is currently closed. 

The ticket office team will still be able to support fans with any queries, and will be contactable via tickets@theredimps.com or 01522 880011 from 10am until 5pm Monday to Friday. The online ticketing system will remain operational throughout at theredimps.net/tickets.
