Ahead of the visit of West Bromwich Albion on Saturday 26 July (3pm KO), we can provide supporters with a guide to plan your visit to the LNER Stadium.
University of Lincoln Fan Village
The Fan Village is open from 12noon and is perfect for those wishing to avoid queues and get down to the stadium early.
There are also some fantastic locally-sourced food options on offer and the Tipsy Imp will be providing a wide range of premium beers and ciders, with a variety of soft drinks also available throughout.
| Sausage Grill | Classic offerings: burgers, fries and traditional German sausage |
| Coddy's | Variety of sweets, hot beverages and cold, fizzy drinks |
| Lincolnshire Sausages | Delicious hot dogs |
Tipsy Imp will provide a wide range of premium beers and ciders. A variety of soft drinks are also available across the Fan Village.
Our retail unit provides supporters with the chance to get their hands out our 2025/26 home and away kits and there are a range of other exciting items, too. Can’t make it on Saturday? Buy yours online here!
There is plenty going on in the Red Imps Community Trust pod. As well as Trust representatives who are happy to chat about the role they play at the club, a limied number of free teamsheets can be picked up from the pod in addition to collectible programmes and memorabilia - with donations raising money for Lincoln City Foundation.
Family activities
There is an inflatable football challenge in the Fan Village. There will be games such as table tennis and EAFC in the Co-Op Community Hub behind the Stacey West Stand. Unfortunately the football sessions on the 3G pitch are not taking place at this fixture.
Supporter liaison officers
Our SLO team will be around the stadium before and during the game, look out for them or our 'Here To Help' team - they will all be clearly identified. We have a matchday familiarisation opportunity for any supporters who are new to the stadium - this is free and there is no need to sign up, simply head to the ticket office for 1.15pm.
The below video will help you plan your journey to the game - click here to view our full guide for first-time fans.
Audio descriptive commentary
The Imps provide a free audio descriptive commentary service for fans with visual impairments. Headsets and receivers can be collected from the ticket office before the game (from the SLO point 12noon-2pm, then from the ticket office desks).
Fans are encouraged to bring their own headphones where possible to minimise the amount of equipment needed to be shared - the receivers have a standard aux output.
Anyone with questions about the service are asked to contact disability liaison officer Heidi Langham on dlo@theredimps.com.
Teamsheet
We will produce a single-sheet teamsheet which will be available in limited numbers from the Red Imps Community Trust pod in the Fan Village or from the Club Shop around 2.15pm.
Car parking
Take the pressure off matchday by booking your parking spot on the South Common now - click here to book.
Tickets
Tickets can be purchased from the ticket office before the match via eticketing.co.uk/imps.
Travelling supporters can collect pre-purchased tickets from the away ticket office window next to the club shop before the game.
#ImpsAsOne selfies
We've loved seeing the pictures of families enjoying matchdays at the LNER Stadium - why not share your images of the day with us on Twitter using the #ImpsAsOne hashtag. If you get a picture with Poacher don't forget to tag him on Twitter at @Poacher_The_Imp!
Poacher's timetable

Reporting form
We offer an anonymous online form for supporters to report any concerns around safety or inappropriate behaviour and chanting in or around the stadium. Use the QR code which is situated around the stadium or click here.
Stadium facilities
Our unisex accessible toilets can be found in each corner of the LNER Stadium, as well as each bar and hospitality suite. Supporters can find them on the stadium map and signposted with toilet icons in and around the LNER Stadium. These toilets also include baby changing facilities.
Bins and recycling
We would like to make supporters aware of new legislation which requires the football club to separate waste. In order to apply, clearly designated bins will be located throughout the stadium. Please help us keep the LNER Stadium clean and tidy by putting your rubbish in the correct bin. Like every business throughout the country, the Imps are now required by law to comply with new waste regulations, failure to do so will result in the club receiving a fine. Thank you to all supporters in advance for their understanding and cooperation with this matter.
