Ahead of the visit of Stevenage on Saturday 18 October (12.30pm KO), we can provide supporters with a guide to plan your visit to the LNER Stadium.

City to mark Remembrance Day

This will be the club’s official Remembrance Day game.

There will be a short ceremony before the match, which includes a bugler performing a rendition of the Last Post.

Supporters are asked to get their seats earlier than usual to ensure that everybody can watch the commemorations and pay their respects.

Turnstiles will also be temporarily closed during the ceremony. Supporters will be allowed in before and after this closure to ensure background noise is minimised while those inside the ground pay their respects.

Poppy pin badges are available from the club store in the run-up to the game for just £6, with all proceeds helping the Royal British Legion support servicemen and women, veterans and their families.

In recognition of their services, the club are offering members of the armed forces and veterans the opportunity to attend games at the LNER Stadium at a discounted price compared to the usual reduced special offer.

The club have ringfenced a number of £15 tickets for eligible armed forces and veterans for the remembrance fixture, with additional tickets for family and friends available to be booked at the usual match prices.

These can be purchased by initially registering proof of eligibility with the ticket office at the LNER Stadium. Once registered, tickets will be available when games go on general sale on a first come first served basis until the limit for that game is reached.

This is an additional offer over and above the usual armed forces offer which was announced for the 2025/26 season with a number of discounted tickets set aside for armed forces and veterans for all Sky Bet League One fixtures.

To register, please email the ticket office on tickets@theredimps.com with relevant ID. The ticket office will then confirm if accepted onto the scheme and provide further information on how to redeem the offer.

Reporting form

We offer an anonymous online form for supporters to report any concerns around safety or inappropriate behaviour and chanting in or around the stadium. Use the QR code which is situated around the stadium or click here.

Stadium facilities

Our unisex accessible toilets can be found in each corner of the LNER Stadium, as well as each bar and hospitality suite. Supporters can find them on the stadium map and signposted with toilet icons in and around the LNER Stadium. These toilets also include baby changing facilities.

Bins and recycling

We would like to make supporters aware of new legislation which requires the football club to separate waste. In order to apply, clearly designated bins will be located throughout the stadium. Please help us keep the LNER Stadium clean and tidy by putting your rubbish in the correct bin. Like every business throughout the country, the Imps are now required by law to comply with new waste regulations, failure to do so will result in the club receiving a fine. Thank you to all supporters in advance for their understanding and cooperation with this matter.
