Young fans can experience life as a professional footballer with an exclusive opportunity to spend a day training at the Gen2 Energy Elite Performance Centre.
The Train Like A Pro Masterclass takes place on Wednesday 28 October, giving players at U14, U15 and U16 (school years nine, 10 and 11) level a chance to see what it truly takes to live like a pro.
After an exclusive welcome from the club’s coaching team, participants will be able to use the same equipment used by the first-team for a performance-focused gym session before heading out to train on the same pitches used by the first-team every day.
There will also be sessions with experts to discuss nutrition, recovery and performance analysis, as well as providing an insight into what is required to progress towards the professional game.
The first development day will take place on Wednesday 28 October from 9.30am until 2.30pm, with a second scheduled for Wednesday 7 April from 9.30am until 2.30pm.
