City will begin their first Sky Bet Championship season since 1961 with a trip to Middlesbrough on Saturday 15 August.
The Imps will then welcome Portsmouth for their first home fixture of the 2026/27 campaign on Saturday 22 August.
The traditional Boxing Day fixture sees Chris Cohen and Tom Shaw’s side host West Bromwich Albion, with City starting 2027 at Carrow Road against Norwich City.
The Imps will make their first visit to the London Stadium to face West Ham United on Tuesday 16 February with the reverse fixture taking place on Wednesday 14 October.
City's final away game of the campaign is at Stoke City on Saturday 24 April, but they conclude their second tier season with a home fixture against Charlton Athletic on Saturday 1 May.
