City have continued to invest in the matchday experience at the ProAmpac Stadium, with improvements designed to make visits more enjoyable for supporters.

Fan Village

A new covered area has been developed as part of the Imps Territory project, providing supporters with an improved space to enjoy the pre-match atmosphere.

The expanded Fan Village features two jumbo screens, interactive activity areas and a range of locally sourced food and drink options giving supporters more to enjoy before kick-off.

A new large bar has been introduced to increase service capacity and improve speed of service during busy periods.

Larger toilet facilities have been introduced, alongside new surfacing throughout, improving the facilities and environment for supporters.

The provision of seating and tables in the Fan Village has been improved, with new picnic benches installed for supporters to use before and during matches.

The club has made changes to improve the availability and service of drinks, including the introduction of pre-poured pints and a new premium beer option.

Arrangements around self-service alcohol have been strengthened, with increased members of staff now present to monitor the area and challenge anyone under the age of 18 attempting to purchase alcohol.

As part of wider plans to enhance the food, drink and hospitality experience at the ProAmpac Stadium, City have partnered with Oak View Group (OVG), with an improved food and drink offering also introduced across the stadium bowl for the 2026/27 season.

Inside the stadium

A new permanent jumbo screen has been installed inside the stadium, enhancing the matchday experience for supporters and providing greater visibility of matchday content and information.

Following feedback, permanent timers have been introduced on either side of the new mid-tier LED screen in the Rilmac Stand.

A new PA system has been installed, improving the delivery of important safety announcements while enhancing the atmosphere and entertainment on matchdays.

The club has resurfaced in and around the ground alongside the introduction of P-rails in the Greenlinc Renewables Stand, with new seating in that stand, further improving facilities for supporters.

A new layout in the Stacey West Stand has been implemented with safe standing for home and away supporters in that area of the stadium.

The Clubhouse has been introduced as a coffee shop and community space, providing supporters and members of the local community with a welcoming place to meet, work and socialise.

The new space gives the club another opportunity to engage with supporters both on and away from matchdays, while providing a new destination for the wider community to enjoy at the ProAmpac Stadium.

The club has also introduced a turnstile overflow protocol to help manage queues and supporter entry during busy periods.

Following feedback around restricted-view ticketing, the club has reviewed seats affected by camera towers and assessed the temporary stand following its first matchday use. Stewarding concerns raised by supporters have also been addressed with the relevant teams.

The club continues to review the temporary stand and matchday traffic arrangements, including the movement of away team coaches through the Fan Village, to ensure the matchday environment remains safe and accessible for supporters.

Accessibility remains a focus, with alternative seating arrangements being considered where supporters or supporter groups require lower-row or more accessible seating.

A wider range of items available in club shop and new online store

City have begun to introduce a wider range of merchandise in the club shop and will continue to expand the offering throughout the 2026/27 campaign as part of efforts to improve the supporter experience.

Bringing retail operations in-house has allowed a dedicated team to focus on expanding the range of products available, giving supporters more choice when shopping at the ProAmpac Stadium.

The Imps have also introduced a new online store, giving supporters a more convenient way to browse and purchase official club merchandise from wherever they are.

The new store forms part of the club’s wider investment in its retail offering, with a growing range of merchandise available both online and in the club shop.

Feedback from Fun Farm Superdraw ticket sellers has led to a number of improvements, including a new stand, additional selling locations and umbrellas to provide greater protection from the elements.

The club has also addressed the availability of 50/50 lottery tickets following an issue with one of the units, A greater number of tickets will be supplied to sellers to ensure tickets remain available to supporters.
