Every answer will help club employees gain information about the club's supporters, as well as create and steer the Imps’ strategy towards the 2025/26 season and beyond.
Clear information from the fan base will help the club progress after a sixth successive season competing in the third tier of English football.
This survey will take around 15-20 minutes to complete and there are five prizes up for grabs for those who complete it - including a 2026/27 Gold Membership.

• Signed 2025/26 home shirt
• Pair of premium lounge tickets for a league fixture in the 2025/26 season
