Fytche-Taylor Planning have upgraded to gold partners of the Imps.
In addition to the new commercial partnership deal, Fytche-Taylor Planning are acting as lead planning consultants for the Imps Territory project and the associated planning applications at Lincoln City Football Club’s LNER Stadium, a landmark investment designed to enhance the matchday experience and unlock year-round community and commercial use of the stadium.
Fytche-Taylor Planning is a multi-disciplined development consultancy with qualified and chartered planning consultants, architectural designers, construction experts and technical specialists under one roof.
The relationship between Fytche-Taylor Planning and the Imps spans nearly a decade and traces back to the delivery of the Gen2 Energy Elite Performance Centre project, where Managing Director Oliver Fytche-Taylor was part of the original project delivery team on what was a game-changing development for the club at the time.
That project proved to be a formative experience, sparking Oliver’s passion for delivering complex, high-profile development projects and helping to shape the ethos that later led to the inception of Fytche-Taylor Planning Ltd.
Since then, the practice has grown into a respected and dynamic planning consultancy, working across Lincolnshire and beyond on a wide range of residential, commercial, leisure and strategic development projects.
Headquartered at Burton Waters in Lincoln, the firm combines strong local knowledge with commercially aware, policy-led planning advice to support deliverable, well-designed schemes.
City’s head of commercial Bobby Copping, said: “We’re thrilled to be working alongside Fytche-Taylor Planning and the team moving forward.
“They have a long and successful affiliation with the football club and we’re really excited to be working together on future projects, such as Imps Territory.”
Oliver Fytche-Taylor, managing director of Fytche-Taylor Planning, said: “We’re incredibly proud to extend our partnership with Lincoln City, a club we’ve supported for decades both professionally and personally.
“Over that time, we’ve built a strong working relationship, and it’s been especially exciting to be involved in shaping forward-looking projects like the Imps Territory plans.
“It’s a genuine privilege to continue working alongside the club on such an important and ambitious project.
"Our involvement with the Imps goes back many years, and it’s hugely rewarding to now be supporting proposals that will deliver lasting benefits for the club, its supporters and the wider city. Projects like this demonstrate the positive role that well-planned development can play in strengthening communities and creating sustainable, future-focused places.
“With the club reaching new heights on the pitch and a hugely promising year ahead off it, this feels like a particularly special moment to continue that journey together.”
Fytche-Taylor Planning remains committed to supporting locally rooted, high-impact projects that contribute to the social, economic and physical fabric of Lincoln and the wider region, with its ongoing partnership with Lincoln City standing as a strong example of that ethos in action.
