The funeral of former City player and manager Steve Thompson will take place on Friday 17 October.
Thompson, who had two spells as a player at Sincil Bank before taking over as manager, passed away recently after a long battle with cancer.
The funeral will take place at Lincoln Crematorium at 10am on Friday 17 October, followed by a wake at the LNER Stadium.
With a significant amount of people expected to attend the funeral, supporters who wish to pay their respects are invited to join us at the LNER Stadium before the service when the funeral cortege will pass around the footprint. Timing will be confirmed nearer the date.
