Lincoln City Fan Advisory Board opens applications for new members
The Fan Advisory Board is inviting applications from supporters who would like to join the group and help represent the views of fellow Imps fans.
The FAB plays an important role in providing a link between supporters and the football club, giving fans a voice on matters affecting their matchday experience and the wider running of Lincoln City.
Meeting regularly with senior club officials, the Board discusses a range of topics including off-field matters, club operations and the supporter experience. Members are encouraged to raise questions, challenge decisions where appropriate and help ensure the views of supporters are considered.
The FAB is now looking to welcome new members who are passionate about Lincoln City and keen to make a positive contribution to the club's future.
FAB chair Charlie Beeston said: "We're really pleased to be opening applications for new members of the Fan Advisory Board.
"The FAB has an important role to play in making sure supporters have a voice in the conversations and decisions that shape our football club. We want to hear from people with different experiences, backgrounds and perspectives. You don't need to have been involved in a supporters' group before, just have a passion for Lincoln City, a willingness to listen to others and a desire to make a positive difference.
"As the club continues to develop, it's important that supporters remain part of that journey, and we'd encourage anyone who feels they have something to contribute to put themselves forward."
How to apply
Supporters interested in joining the FAB are asked to submit a CV and covering letter, alongside nominations from three fellow supporters.
Both applicants and those providing nominations must have an active ticketing history, having attended at least three Lincoln City home matches during the previous 12 months.
Those providing nominations should include their full name, postcode, contact telephone number and supporter number.
Applications can be submitted via email to fabchair@theredimps.com, or in person at the Lincoln City Ticket Office at the ProAmpac Stadium.
The deadline for applications is Friday 6 November.
Following the closing date, applications will be reviewed by the existing FAB members, with shortlisted candidates invited to meet the board.
For further information about the recruitment process, supporters can contact fabchair@theredimps.com.
