Freddie Draper has been voted the Bainland September Player of the Month.
The striker made a decisive contribution to City's results throughout September, scoring in two away victories in the league.
Draper found the net in back-to-back 1-0 wins on the road, first against Preston North End before repeating the feat at Bristol City to help City secure another valuable three points.
His goals proved crucial in two hard-fought victories, with the forward's contributions helping the Imps continue their positive start to life in the Sky Bet Championship.
Draper said: “It’s always nice to get recognition from the supporters, so I’m really pleased to win the award.
“September was a positive month for the team, and to score the winning goals at Preston and Bristol City was a great feeling. They were two important results for us, and hopefully I can keep contributing with more goals as the season goes on.
“I’ve really enjoyed my football so far this season, and I just want to keep working hard and helping the team pick up points.”
