City's club shop and ticket office will close for refurbishment next week ahead of the 2026/27 campaign.
This vital infrastructure work will provide storage for the club's new online store, and an ability to deliver an improved retail service. Resultantly, there will also be direct access between the club shop and the Clubhouse, the new community space and coffee shop which is adjacent.
The ticket office and club shop will remain open as usual until Saturday 20 June, when it will close at 4pm as usual. They will reopen in early July, with a new-look online store also due to launch at the same time.
The team will still be able to support fans with any queries, and will be contactable via tickets@theredimps.com or 01522 880011 from 10am until 5pm Monday to Friday. The online ticketing system will remain operational throughout at theredimps.net/tickets.
